Terms & Conditions of Business:

Our Terms & Conditions of Business sets out the basis on which BestMortgageQuotes.co.nz provides it’s service. Please take a few minutes to read through these before submitting an application for a mortgage quote. These terms are valid from 1st January 2009 until further notice.

Our Company
BestMortgageQuotes.co.nz is owned by Corporate Assistance Limited, and does not have any “tied” relationships with any mortgage company that would compromise our ability to help you to get the best mortgage quotes.

Our Services
BestMortgageQuotes.co.nz acts as an introducer service on behalf of a number of mortgage companies. All applicants using BestMortgageQuotes.co.nz are free to choose which mortgage company they proceed with and will never be advised to choose one company over another. All applicants must tick a check box to say they have read these terms and conditions before proceeding for a quote. Any such quote is determined by our network of independent mortgage companies.

Consumer Protection
Corporate Assistance Limited is registered as a data controller with the data commissioner. We collect personal information about you and store such information electronically. We collect such information from you whenever you fill out an application for a quote for mortgage or other products.

We use your Personal Information to help our network of independent mortgage companies to generate quotations for the products which you have selected.

Sharing of Your Personal Information
Your Personal Information may be shared with any of the mortgage companies offering quotations through this site. We will not however disclose your personal information to other third parties without your prior consent (subject to any disclosure as may be required by law).

Data Protection
By law, you are entitled to see a copy of any personal information about you which we hold on file. Should you wish to obtain a copy of this information, then please contact us. Should you find that we hold personal information about you which is inaccurate, then we will make any necessary corrections immediately. At your request, we will immediately delete any personal information about you which is held by us.

Complaints
Any complaint that you may have in relation to the business services provided by our firm should be made in writing to our company at Corporate Assistance Limited, 44 Northumberland Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4. Any such complaint will be acknowledged within 5 business days. Our company will attempt to investigate and resolve a complaint within 40 business days of having received the complaint.

Termination
You, or we, may terminate our authority to act on your behalf at any time, without penalty. Notice of this termination must be given in writing.

Conflict of Interest
It is the policy of our firm to avoid any conflict of interest when providing business services to our clients. However, where an unavoidable conflict may arise we will advise you of this in writing before proceeding to provide any business service. If you have not been advised of any such conflict you are entitled to assume that none arises.
